Creativity Coaching for Girls
Is there a checked out, bored or unmotivated child or teen in your care who seems lost and lacking direction? Creativity Coaching is for families seeking a sustainable, joy-based rhythm that balances everyone's needs. By deepening your trust in yourselves as parent and child, and in each other, the inner spark that drives our creativity can make life seem fun again, and family harmony can be restored. While coaching is not therapy, here it arrives through a trauma-informed lens that invites safety, preserves agency, and supports radical growth. Creativity Coaching usually involves separate sessions with parent(s) and the child or teen, and voice/text messaging between sessions, over a period of 30 days.
Consulting for Women Entrepreneurs
What would your business look like if there were no rules? Whether you already have a business or are still in the idea stage, let's reimagine the whole thing with your needs front and center. A joyful and abundant business is a sustainable business, because it pours back into you instead of depleting you. In this Business Consulting container, we'll move through a framework that liberates you from scarcity and obligation so that you can reclaim your creative sovereignty. We'll work together over a period of 30 days redesigning your business model and/or your approach to entrepreneurship, including mindset work, implementation, troubleshooting, and follow up to stabilize the transformation.
